Orchestrated in identifying the pain points of end users, then created a mood board to understand the company goals, followed by mock-up sketches of the prototypes.

A Google Design Sprint challenge about a museum that saw a decline in ticket sales and visitor interaction with the art gallery. They needed to improve the end-to-end user experience by conducting usability reviews, identifying UX issues, and proposing design recommendation

Critiqued the experience by the draft of compelling wireframing and rapid prototyping to build a data visualization mobile app by mapping out a red route for the user with a sketching method called “crazy 8s.” As a result, the users were able to use the app to engage with the gallery.
